Help the animals and turn your trash to cash

If you are thinking about helping a charity but don\'t have much cash or time to
spare, then you can still make a big difference - and all from the comfort of your
own home!

Kent based CavyRescue - the UK\'s first and only dedicated rodent rescue charity - is
part of an innovative new programme which makes it easy for charities to benefit
from selling on eBay.

Stella Hulott, co-founder of CavyRescue says "It\'s simple and easy to raise money
from selling unwanted bits and pieces. Via the charity page on eBay, you can choose
to donate all or just a percentage of the profits to CavyRescue, all online. There\'s
no hassle involved and no standing out on a muddy field at the crack of dawn!"

She adds: "It\'s also great if you have a large item that you wish to donate to the
charity but on that you cannot deliver or we cannot collect. Simply sell it Ebay
(getting the buyer to pick it up from you) and then the charity will receive the
monies direct."

So, if 2006 is the year that you want to make a difference, then why not gather
together those good quality items that have been cluttering up the house and visit
www.ebay.co.uk/ebayforcharity so that you can start selling!

About CavyRescue:
CavyRescue (registered charity number 1111583) is the UK\'s first and only dedicated
rat rescue charity. Set up in 1999 by husband and wife team Jason and Stella Hulott,
the aim of the charity is to educate individuals and organisations on small animal
healthcare and welfare and they regularly run successful campaigns to this effect.

We are based in the Medway Towns, Kent and both work fulltime to help pay for the
costs associated with running cavyrescue - we are juggling our two \'jobs\'
successfully at the moment, although get very little sleep!
